Return, Refund & Exchange
Thank you for shopping at FORTUSS.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We do our absolute best to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition. If items are received damaged we need you to email photographs to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you. Damages to orders must be reported within 7 days of receiving.
Any claims of defects must be made within 7 days of purchase. We will work closely with you to assess the product and help you get the quality product you need.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Carriage costs are not covered by Fortuss Fitness and the cost of returning products is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from FORTUSS.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellation of purchased goods
A customer that has purchased a product (s) from Fortuss.com has the right to cancel their transaction within 24 hours of the payment process.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
